Prices
All prices are shown with VAT included. The prices You see are the prices You pay, with no hidden charges. The only charges added will be a delivery charge, some products which are bulky carry a higher freight cost. This will be displayed on the final tally before finalizing the transaction.

Warranties
All products come with a 1-year warranty.

14 day sale and return right
You have a 14 day sale and return rights. The merchandise has to be returned in its original packaging, in its original, unused, condition. When returning, please pack the merchandise securely to prevent shipping damages. You are responsible for shipping charges.

Claim for Refund
If we deliver the wrong items, or if the order is damaged or broken, please contact us by e-mail at fishmail@fishit.com, or telephone us at +46 240 36100, as soon as possible. We will inform You on how to return the merchandise free of charge. You can demand Your money back, or use it to buy some other item in our store.

Shipping and Delivery Times
When we receive Your order it normally takes less than two weeks before it is delivered to You. Orders that are placed on Friday afternoons and during weekends will be handled on the following Monday. We work closely with the Swedish Mail Service and their foreign partners to ensure a speedy delivery to Your doorstep.

Shipping and Payment
The only forms of payment and delivery available at the moment are card payment, PayPal with home delivery. All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS and EUROCARD), just fill in the spaces allocated for Your card number and date of expiry. We cooperate with DIBS to ensure that Your transactions are handled in the safest manner possible. All information will be transfered using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), and a heavily encrypted line. We notify the authorities of any fraudulous or false orders.

To ensure that Your order is delivered in the most expedient fashion, we require Your personal customer information: Name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address. Fishit.com is responsible for the safe and secure handling of this information, and it will under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties.
